ABAKUS CLIENT LIST

Abakus is an electronica alter-ego of producer Russ Davies, bridging organic with the synthetic, blending otherworldly melodic textures with deep grooves to create a sound that is both timeless and transformative. Whether it’s the chilled pulse of downtempo electronica or the soaring energy of futuristic progressive beats, Abakus is about losing yourself in abstract sound worlds that aspires to connect on a deeper level—an immersive exploration of lush 3D soundscapes, enchanting melodies, and hypnotic rhythms. Abakus also releases under the pseudonyms Cinnamon Chasers & Aiiso. Russ grew up in north London and is the son of Dave Davies of England rock band The Kinks. He started creating electronic music at 13 years old using an Amiga500 computer and 8-bit tracking software and Akai samplers, and his influences during this period was 90s electronic rave music, indie-rock and horror-action movies of the era. Russ’ work as a film composer began with the short film Controller (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), directed by Saman Kesh, which featured a hybrid electronic-orchestral score. From here he went on to score the BBC1 series The War of the Worlds (BBC Soundtrack), and composed the score for BBCAs The Watch.

A. PACK 1: DREAMTRONICA ARTURIA PRESETS

These presets are licensed, not sold.

✅ You may use the presets in your own original music, productions, performances, and recordings without restriction.
❌ You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or include the presets in any commercial preset packs, libraries, or bundles.
❌ You may not reverse-engineer or repurpose the presets into new preset products.

B. PACK 2: ELECTRONICA STEM ARCHITECT

This sample pack and its contents (including stems, loops, one-shots, and samples) are licensed for creative use.

✅ You may remix, edit, chop, process, and integrate the stems and samples into your own original musical works.
❌ You may not redistribute, repackage, or release any of the content as-is or in any substantially unaltered form (e.g., uploading original stems to streaming/download services, as part of a new sample pack or selling the samples on stock audio sites).
